Having grown up in Southern California, I moved to Seattle for a year of volunteering after college. After that was done this past August, I moved down here to San Francisco…and now I miss Seattle. Of course, once I've been here a little bit longer I might start to love San Francisco too…we'll see.

Lately, I've begun to notice little ways in which I've grown up or am growing up. Though I daydream all the time, when it comes to real life I am much more pragmatic and realistic than I once was - the lofty ideals I set out for myself were great, and some are still good to strive for, but I need to live with the life I have for the time being.
